Travel Itinerary :
Day 1 : Pick up from Chandigarh in the morning & drive to Narkanda. After checking to hotel and freshening up, visit Hatu Mata temple atop Hatu peak to pay your respect & enjoy the panoramic view of Dhauladhar range alongwith sunset from there. N/S at Narkanda
Day 2 : we drive towards Chitkul via Sangla and Rakcham. Check in to hotel & relax for the day. N/S at Chitkul.
Day 3 : whole day exploration and stay at riverside Chitkul. The day is essential for proper acclimatisation while we proceed for the adventurous journey ahead. This last village on Indo Tibet border has a beauty worth your admiration and exploration. N/s at Chitkul
Day 4 : travel to Kalpa. Visit the local Chini village along with Suicide Point at Roghi.N/S at Kalpa.
Day 5 : proceed to Nako, the quaint little village around the serene Nako Lake. N/S at Nako.
Day 6 : we will be driving towards Dhankar. Enroute we will take a detour to visit Gue Monastery – the site of India’s only naturally preserved Mummy of Sangha Tenzin. Next we will visit Tabo Monastery and Dhankar Monastery. You may also hike to Dhankar lake which is again a 3-4 hours trek(optional, can be done the next morning ). N/S at Dhankar.
Day 7 : drive to Mudh, the last village at Pin Valley National Park. Enjoy the vistas of Pin Valley enroute. N/S at Pin Valley
Day 8 : after checking out from Pin Valley, we will proceed towards Kaza. Visit Langza, Komik, Hikkim, Kee Monastery before checking in to your stay at Kibber’s. N/S at Kibber;
Day 9 : Kibber stay. Explore the local villages. If you can look through the camouflage, you may catch a glimpse of Himalayan Ibex and Blue Sheep grazing away on the grassland. Overnight stay at Kibber
Day 10 : drive towards Chandratal via Kunzum la (14931 ft). Night camping at Chandratal base camp at Swiss tents. 12
Day 11 : towards Manali via Rohtang pass/Atal Tunnel. Visit the Hadimba & Vashishth temple in the evening or you may indulge in souvenir collection at the mall. Stay at Manali.
Day 12 : drop to Chandigarh by evening for your return journey back home.
